What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Supervisor (Sacramento, Elk Grove Area) position at Environment Control?
We are a Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Company that has been serving the Greater Sacramento area for over 35 years. We are currently seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in the Sacramento and Elk Grove area with experience in Custodial Maintenance.
**WEEKLY PAY**
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 6:00 pm start time
- 4-6 Hour shifts (based on coverage needed)
Work Location:
- Multiple locations in the same area (Mileage & Drive Time are Paid!!)
Requirements:
- Must be available evenings
- Be able to Lead 10-20 employees
- Ability to Lead, Guide, Direct and Train employees
- Good Communication Skills
- Ok with cleaning & cover cleaning as needed
- Ok with driving own vehicle to multiple locations nightly (we pay mileage drive time)
- Must have Reliable Transportation / Valid D.L
- Supervisor/ Lead & Janitorial experience is a bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of the locations and employees in their area
- Training with staff and upholding Employer Policy and Procedures
- Supervise and hold the highest level of cleaning standards
- Assist in covering accounts when needed
- Delivering supplies to your staff
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $21.00
