Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial Supervisor, where you’ll lead and motivate a team of cleaners. This role combines on-site field supervision with some administrative support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, training staff, handling inspections, and ensuring client satisfaction. Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is essential, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support janitorial staff at multiple client locations
- Ensure quality control through inspections and issue resolution
- Train new team members and coach for performance improvement
- Communicate with clients and team in both English and Spanish
- Help manage schedules, supplies, and budget hours
- Occasionally fill in for absent staff and assist with heavy cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of janitorial supervision experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills (bilingual required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical work and moderate travel within the county
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems
