Environment Control is hiring a full-time, evening/night Supervisor for the Coeur d'Alene area. The responsibilities of this position include coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, knowledge of assigned area, training of new hires, supervision of 25 employees, customer satisfaction, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular travel daily throughout assigned area with your own vehicle.

What we require:
- 1 year of management experience
- Training experience (preferred)
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
- Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds
- Ability to speak, understand, and read fluently in English. Bilingual applicants are highly recommended to apply!
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem solve independently
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
What a Supervisor does:
- Train new hires
- Effectively manage labor
- Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer
- Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner
- Ensure all employees are trained properly and are aware of company policies
- Communicate hiring needs
- Utilize ticketing system
- Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed
- Attend all company meetings
- All other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of the Supervisor position
