We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor Lead to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- MUST LIVE IN FLAGSTAFF
- Will be responsible that the team is completing all tasks.
- Will be doing spot checks.
- Maintain all walls and ceilings clean.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in various settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Act as a porter by maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas and restocking supplies when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred.
- Supervisor experience in janitorial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving objects as needed.
- A commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
