Office Cleaning/Janitorial-PART TIME-EVENINGS

Do you want to work for the areas leading building services company. Environment Control is seeking a mature, dependable, hard working individual to fill a part time late evening Custodial/Janitorial position located in the Montrose/Fairlawn area working Monday-Friday after 6pm. Your responsibilities would include working in an assigned area(s) of an office building disinfecting highly trafficked areas including lobbies, entrances, offices, break rooms, lunch rooms and restrooms. Other duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying trash, dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning restrooms and breakrooms/cafeterias and performing other duties as assigned. No experience is necessary...we will train you. We are seeking someone with an exceptional work ethic who can pass a BCI background check.

WE ARE SEEKING MATURE AND MOTIVATED CANDIDATES WHO ARE ABLE TO WORK IN THE EVENINGS MONDAY-FRIDAY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Starting pay is $14.00/hour

Requirements:

*Dependable-Excellent Attendance Required

*Clean Background-Criminal Background Check Required

*Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation

*Must be able to bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, use a vacuum for between 4 and 8 hours per night
