Part-Time Handyman/Special Services
We are currently hiring part-time Handyman/Special Services that can also do floor and carpet care. This position is for motivated individuals to join our growing company. We focus on providing the highest quality floor and carpet care services in businesses such as office buildings and medical facilities. In addition to floor care, we are seeking individuals with handyman skills to assist with special services as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required)
- Prior floor care experience preferred; will train the right candidate
- General handyman experience (light repairs, minor maintenance tasks) is a plus
- Ability to lift 40-60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Strip and wax floors
- Shampoo carpets
- Clean windows
- Perform minor repairs, such as patching drywall, replacing fixtures, or basic plumbing tasks
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Additional janitorial fill-in hours available
