Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses to promote our janitorial services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain an updated database of potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our cleaning services.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
- Do walkthroughs with potential clients
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
