As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging digital experiences that bring the stories of Roanoke Island's diverse communities to life.
This internship is an incredible opportunity for students and young professionals interested in history, natural sciences, communications, education, and/or park and recreation management. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in the field.
- You will be responsible for developing new media content, including websites, social media, and applications, that showcase the park's unique cultural and natural resources.
- You will collaborate with our team to create public programs, engage with park partners and community members, and design interactive waysides along the Freedom Interpretive Trail.
