- Create and present comprehensive proposals and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and promptly submitted.
- Follow up after service completion to confirm customer satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster long-term relationships.
2. Proposal Generation and Communication Excellence
- Expediently develop clear, detailed proposals that reflect Environmental Advantage’s pricing models and service offerings.
- Maintain open, transparent communication with customers, ensuring clarity, trust, and positive rapport throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
3. Project Oversight and Documentation
- Translate customer requirements into detailed work orders for seamless execution by the production team.

- Onboarding Base Pay:
- Monthly Base Pay: $3,333 for up to 3 months during training and onboarding
- A 3-month review with the Sales Manager determines readiness to move forward with a commission-based pay structure.

- Base Commission: 10% of gross sale under ideal conditions.
- Additional bonuses for 5-star reviews, self-generated leads, and multi-service bundles.

- Payments processed bi-weekly, with prepay and NET 15 options.
