What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Helper position at Environmental Air Systems, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Handle material
- Use power tools (e.g. circular saw, drill, reciprocating saw, etc.)
- Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
Education Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred
Job Requirements/Special Skills:
- Ability to read a tape measure required
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and climb ladders throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibel
