Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and grow the service department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor department performance and manage key metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed jobs.
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar leadership role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to provide guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage performance-based teams.
- Business acumen, with experience running a profitable department and managing key financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in invoicing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:
