Licensed Herbicide Technician
Position Description:
Ground Level, Inc.is currently seeking to employ full-time commercially licensed herbicide applicators.
· Traverse water bodies via airboat in search of nuisance/exotic vegetation
· Apply appropriate herbicides to targeted vegetation
· Maintain compliance with chemical labels and laws
· Maintain a professional image
· Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
· Dependability and reliability
· Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Work Hours:
· Monday thru Friday
o Saturdays as needed
· 6:30am to 5:00pm
Required:
· Ability to pass drug test and background check
· Valid Florida driver’s license
· Clean driving record
· Airboat operation experience
Preferred but not required:
· Off-road driving experience
· Experience operating an ATV
· Commercial herbicide applicators license – aquatic endorsement
