Main Responsibilities
- Transportation Coordination: Schedule and coordinate transportation of equipment and/or goods and personnel.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
- Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and/or goods.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Permit Management: Obtain trip and fuel permits for a fleet of 10 trucks.
- Invoice and Payment Management: Create invoices for customers and collect payments for each transaction.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
