The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description The Administrative Assistant 1 will provide administrative support to the Regional Office. Duties will include typing, preparing and maintaining Regional correspondence, scanning, managing and maintaining files, greeting the public, answering phones, taking messages, faxes, schedule meetings via Outlook, WebEx, or Teams, preparation of reports, incoming and outgoing mail, entering information into databases and spreadsheets for various Divisions. Selling sporting licenses. Working with the Fiscal Management System (FMIS) and the Statewide Financial System (SFS) to assist with travel expenses and purchase card reconciliation. Complete miscellaneous tasks and special projects that may be assigned to fulfill the needs of the agency.
