The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Duties and responsibilities include entering information from the third-party inspection reports and facility compliance reports into the database (Air Facility System); responding to routine inquiries via email and phone; organizing and maintaining filing system; processing and responding FOIL requests; receiving and recording complaints, ensuring they are forwarded to appropriate staff for resolution; managing office supplies; and scheduling meetings.
