Administrative Design Assistant to Private Firm
Private Firm seeking administrative assistant to the Interior Design Principle to work in a motivating environment with a supportive team. Will need to manage multiple projects, be highly organized and have excellent time management skills. This position will also encompass assisting the interiors firm with administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have Design Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, private office a plus, and a 4 year degree. Must be detail oriented, have strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have strong time management skills, be a team player, highly organized, and 4 years relevant work experience.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Manage active calendar, phone and email correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners; provide follow up
- Coordinate travel as needed
- Office management- purchasing, scheduling vendors, etc.
- Assist with current firm projects, placing orders, contract negotiations, scheduling
- Execute task list with high efficiency, follow up, and communication
- Maintain high level of confidentiality/discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Should be tech-savvy and fully proficient working with Google Suite programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Adapt to ever-changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
