Description : Job Overview
Environmental Design Group is seeking qualified Construction Inspectors to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Projects may include construction administration, construction oversight, dispute resolution, documentation and quality control, pre-construction services, and stakeholder communication.
As a Construction Inspector at Environmental Design Group, you will :
- Actively engage in assigned construction project,s including inspecting to ensure contractor compliance with state specifications, plans, and / or proposals; notifying the contractor of non-conforming work; preparing and maintaining project records and reports; performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by the project engineer and defined in C&MS 105.09
- Perform data entry into ODOT’s CMS / SITE MANAGER system or local documentation equivalent as directed by the project engineer or LPA person in charge.
