We are seeking an experienced Lead Swing Shift worker to oversee and coordinate janitorial activities for Environmental Dynamics. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial services across various office and operational facilities.
- Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Monitor the proper use of equipment, supplies, and resources.
- Maintain account appearance, enforce performance standards, and ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a janitorial role.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and methods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and pass E-Verify employment verification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
