Responsibilities & Duties Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on customer service metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Assist with customer service training and coaching as needed.
- Receive and label client samples into our database, data entry and report review
Customer Service Administrator Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
