We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team at ELA. Responsibilities
- Contacting new leads to discuss potential projects
- Securing design commitment from potential clients
- Scheduling and attending home consultations with potential clients
- Design comprehensive landscape plans that meet client needs and project specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and 3D Modelling software to create detailed designs.
- Conduct site assessments and land surveys to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Prepare construction documents and estimates for projects.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in landscape architecture.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD and 3D modelling
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
- Experience in high-end landscape design and construction estimating is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proven successful sales record in landscape design and construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for outdoor design.
