Concrete Division Crew Leader

Leadership & Teamwork
- Set a positive tone for a motivated crew culture.
- Lead daily jobsite operations alongside your crew.
- Mentor and train team members for top-quality craftsmanship.
Concrete Installation & Project Management
- Oversee all aspects of concrete installation, including forming, pouring, finishing, and sealing.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with Sales, Design, and Production teams.
- Order materials, schedule pump trucks, and ensure job sites run efficiently.
- Set benchmark goals for large projects and create clear plans to meet them.
- Evaluate compliance with plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Customer & Crew Coordination
- Conduct pre-job site visits to ensure proper planning.
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete daily job tracking (materials used, hours worked, progress reports).
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Assist with landscape division projects when the concrete schedule allows.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to optimize resources.
- Help coordinate annual DOT inspections for vehicles.
Requirements
We seek a high-energy leader who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being hands-on in the field.
- 5 years of concrete finishing experience (including decorative/stamped concrete)
- 5 years leading crews
- Strong project management skills with an eye for efficiency
- A team-first attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Valid driver's license
Benefits
