Job Description




THIS IS A NON-CAREER APPINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH.

This position provides support for the Bureau of Development by sorting, scanning, and indexing various file types (e.g., paper, electronic, etc.) into a Record Management System or other file saving formats. Work with bureau retention analyst for information on files needing to be stored at the Record Center.

The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Student Assistant position.

Required Education and Experience

Education
Current enrollment in a vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution. MDOT requires enrollment in at least 6 credit hours per semester/term excluding summers and continuously enrolled and earning the required credits.

Experience
No specific type or amount is required.
