Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control methods, including chemical treatments and traps, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest management tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Drive to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or farming practices is a plus.
- Strong skills in sales are beneficial for promoting additional services to clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
