Fundraising Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and execute a fundraising and advancement plan to support EPIC's programs and initiatives
- Set and achieve ambitious fundraising goals, with a particular emphasis on individual and major gifts
- Develop personalized cultivation, stewardship, and advancement strategies for major donors, including high-net-worth individuals and foundations
- Create and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors
- Spearhead advancement initiatives to increase EPIC's visibility to philanthropy in the environmental policy sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors and coordinate and manage other senior staff efforts to do so.
- Organize and host donor events, including intimate gatherings
- Collaborate with EPIC's leadership to engage board members in fundraising and advancement activities
- Oversee the grant writing process, including research, proposal development, and reporting
- Maintain relationships with foundation partners and identify new grant opportunities
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines
- Leverage grant funding to advance EPIC's mission and expand its influence
- Manage the development team and oversee day-to-day fundraising and advancement operations
- Implement and maintain a donor database system to track and analyze fundraising efforts
- Develop fundraising and advancement materials, including case statements, donor communications, and annual reports
- Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising messages and advancement campaigns
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance EPIC's reputation and position in the environmental policy landscape
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
