Responsibilities for Customer Service Manager
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Problem Solving
- Responsible for customer service
- Report monthly reports on performance
- Analyze and Resolve Customer Issues
- Suggest and implement new processes and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and communicate with purchasing as necessary
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Accounts payable and receivable experience a Plus
Qualifications for Office Manager
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field required
- 2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
