Job Description :
As a Service Writer for EPG, you will gain hands-on experience by making meaningful connections with our customers while providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for working with both our parts and service teams to effectively schedules service appointments and organizing workflow within the department.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinating customer requests for service
- Collaborate with service and parts teams
- Building customer relationships
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction to include dispute resolution
- Proper warranty claim filing
- Opening and closing work orders
- Providing customers with accurate and timely delivered invoices
- Various assigned tasks
Requirements :
Location : 700 Hermit Smith Rd, Apopka, FL 32703 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). This position is full-time, in office daily.
Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence and be open to learn and grow in this position. Full training will be provided for all aspects of this position.
