Parts Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our Parts Teams as a Parts Specialist.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts’ needs, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

· Provide product information and recommendations to customers

· Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts

· Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

· Provide customer quotes, invoices, parts identification, RMA’s, credits, etc.

· keep track of backorders to ensure accurate customer lead times

Job Type:

Full-time

Hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

This is an on-site position.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1 years of experience in customer service or related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft office and other computer applications

· Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and system is a plus

· 1 years of Automotive Parts Sales (preferred)
