Position Summary
Basic Handyman duties
Attention to detail
Must have a valid current and clean Florida's driver's license - No DUI's
Clean record
Drywall repair knowledge
Accountabilities
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and communication
Reliable and on time to work
Trainable (We will teach mold remediation to the right person)
Able to follow safety protocols and state laws
Able to take direction from crew leads and management
Characteristics And Attributes
Ability to follow directions and prioritize customer satisfaction
Attention to detail Communicate effectively
