Core Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively prospect and develop new customers within an assigned territory by generating leads and managing the sales pipeline.
- Account Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing clients, leveraging our full suite of environmental solutions.
- Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- CRM Management: Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales opportunities, client interactions, and progress toward targets on a daily basis.
- Proposal Preparation: Collect necessary information, including conducting site visits, to develop proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., accounting, operations, administration) to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Reporting & Planning: Provide timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and strategic plans to leadership.
- Industry Representation: Represent Environmental Remedies at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure a high level of customer service to build trust and long-term business partnerships.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, specifically within the environmental services industry.
- Strong experience using a CRM to manage and track the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a drug-free environment and adhere to company policies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in environmental solutions or related industries is a plus.
