Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Geologist, Environmental Scientist, or Environmental Engineer at ERG in Wixom, Muskegon, Detroit, and Lansing, MI locations. The role involves conducting field work, logging, geological mapping, geophysics, and drilling activities related to groundwater and soil investigations, site remediation, and environmental assessments. The position requires hands-on involvement in various environmental projects and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
Qualifications
- Field Work, Logging, and Geological Mapping skills
- Drilling oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
- Experience with GIS/CADD and geotechnical investigations is a plus
