What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaners Needed Now in Rehoboth Beach!! position at Environmental Service Concepts, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be able to perform all the duties required and be an outstanding representative of ESCFederal.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Trash removal and replace containers with empty bags
- Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures; toilets, urinals, partitions, walls, vents and mirrors
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned
Requirements
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum
- Must be able to perform all required duties of the position
- Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Demands
- Required to talk and hear.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
- Frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds.
- Vision abilities; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This is an exterior property, must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather
Various Shifts Available - Weekends is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
