Responsibilities include: Full-time day porter with clean driving record must be able to drive a club car.
- Must be able to use a power washer
- Must be willing to learn to use a scrubber
- Patrol parking lot areas
- Pick up trash & empty trash cans
- Clear pathways/sidewalks, main entrances, bushes and benches of trash/debris
- Empty/clean out cigarette urns
- Other cleaning tasks assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must come to work with a good attitude and ready to work
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum
- Must be able to perform all required duties of the position
- Must be able to lift objects up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment
- The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
SCHEDULE: 7:30AM - 3:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
