Primary Responsibilities:
Opus Inspection, The National Leader in Vehicle Emissions Inspections doing business in Colorado as Air Care Colorado is seeking a full-time Assistant Station Manager to assist in overseeing the effective and customer-focused emissions testing at one of its full-service Emissions Stations.
The Assistant Station Manager ensures that operational policies and procedures are in compliance with company-specified technical and service standards. In this supervisory role, the ASM shares the responsibilities and accountability for all inspection station operations, including safety of staff and customers, equipment management, scheduling, handling financial transactions, traffic flow, staff management and public relations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Standard Hours Requirement: 40 Hours; 5 Days a Week - Saturday Availability Required
Must have reliable transportation
Act as the Station Manager in their absence
Shares responsibility for station operations
Opens and closes the station as needed
Performs cash-outs and cash-drops according to established procedures and schedules
Performs general lane operations, including tag renewals, greeting motorists as they enter the inspection station, and provides general program information
Ensures good public relations among the company, employees, and community
Conducts employee training as necessary
Coordinates general facility maintenance, including janitorial upkeep
Assists with general escalations, ensuring the station is compliant with process and legal requirements; main witness for disciplinary action
Provides assistance to other stations in their districts as needed, ensuring the success of the district and the network operations
Other duties as assigned
