About the RoleÂ
As Sales Director, you’ll sit on ETC’s Leadership Team and work directly with executive leadership to shape and implement strategies that fuel business growth. You’ll lead sales and marketing initiatives, build strategic client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional service delivery.Â
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings a high “figure-it-out” factor, and can articulate complex environmental solutions in clear, client-focused terms.Â

What You'll DoÂ
- Lead and grow our sales and marketing team—hiring, coaching, and aligning talent with business goals.Â
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable revenue growth in environmental consulting services.Â
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients while identifying and capturing new market opportunities.Â
- Collaborate with lab, field, and operations teams to align sales promises with delivery capabilities.Â
- Represent ETC at industry events, trade shows, and in the community.Â

What We’re Looking ForÂ
âś… 6–10 years in sales leadership roles (Director or VP level)Â
 ✅ Proven success managing and scaling high-performing teamsÂ
 ✅ Experience in environmental services or technical/scientific B2B salesÂ
 ✅ Strategic mindset with strong business acumenÂ
 ✅ Excellent communicator and relationship builderÂ
 ✅ Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision makingÂ
 ✅ Understanding of EPA, OSHA, AHERA regulations a plusÂ
 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)Â
