Job Summary
In this role you will Lead, manage, and hold accountable the members of the Sales Department to achieve corporate sales goals. You will implement corporate sales and marketing strategies at a department level. Some of your responsibilities will be to develop and evaluate corporate sales performance goals for all revenue centers and create and deploy strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate goals. You will have the opportunity to represent the company through business-to-business networking events as well as oversee corporate brand imaging and promotional tools and campaigns. You will also be a key contributor to your teams success by achieving your individual sales goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Lead and schedule weekly and quarterly strategic meetings
2. Ensure correct usage and integration of CRM tool
3. Monitor weekly and quarterly sales figures to determine strategic shortcomings and corrective measures
4. Oversee quality assurance of quoting and contracting processes
5. Communicate client and contract needs to appropriate corporate departments
6. Respond to requests for major client services, contracts or other business needs
Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years relevant professional experience in sales
2. Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and public communication
3. Focus on customer service and client satisfaction
4. Commitment to company values and corporate brand
5. Analytical ability in financial/sales field, especially budgeting
6. Strategic thinking and planning skills
7. Technical capacity in electronic media and sale tools (preferred)
8. Knowledge of Environmental Testing and/or inspection a definite plus
Supervisory Requirements:
This position will manage the performance of all employees in the Sales Department, with a projected staff of 4-6 employees.

Physical Requirements:
This position should be proficient in the use of standard office equipment in a professional environment. There are no specific physical tasks assigned to this position that may differ from those associated with an office environment, but good speech and hearing are essential to successful communication. This is a full-time position, and will likely require additional travel and job time- including overnight travel- for attendance at trade shows, conferences, and similar corporate events.
