What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Environmental Works Inc?
OFFICE MANAGER | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and facilitate all administrative aspects of the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, and take messages.
- Greet and interact with vendors, clients, and others related to office operations in a positive and effective manner.
- Input and update data into company software systems (ADP, Deltek, etc.)
- Assist with office supply ordering within the monthly budget.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and special deliveries.
- Support staff with administrative needs.
- Assist technical and field services staff with project management and project related tasks as assigned.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events.
- Coordinate and support document preparation, copying, scanning, filing, faxing, corporate branding, presentation, and quality assurance as assigned.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with EWI employees at all company locations.

OFFICE MANAGER | EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Two (2) years of office management/administrative assistant experience required.
- Associate's degree in business preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite – Outlook & Teams preferred.
OFFICE MANAGER | POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is required and overtime may be needed due to business needs.
COMPENSATION:
- $16-$20/hour
