Environmental Works LLC is currently seeking an ALL-STAR Customer Service Representative.
If you are an EXPERIENCED customer service ALL-STAR who maintains a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude with the ability to maintain strong multi-tasking and customer service skills in a VERY fast-paced environment, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact on HIGH volume multi-line telephone system
- Coordinating scheduling of multiple services with clients and project managers
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, contracts, and emails
- Maintain daily office duties to assure functionality, cleanliness, and efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on customer service experience required*
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a MUST
- Google Calendar experience a MUST
- Service Titan Experience a PLUS
- Experience with multi-line telephone system a MUST
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a positive upbeat attitude
- Maintain outstanding attendance
