Job Summary:

Enviroscapes is looking for a Construction Laborer to join our growing team!

We are hiring immediately for the position of Construction Laborer which consists of traveling to residential or commercial locations to build, develop, and maintain outdoor spaces and site development. Those with previous experience in construction, general labor, and landscaping would be a good fit for this position.

Enviroscapes is a year-round company that specializes in commercial landscape construction, lawn and bed maintenance, horticulture, utility services, and snow removal services.

You would be a good fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to to on your feet most of the day, outside
• Have a positive attitude and are reliable
• Want to be successful and share the same for your teammates
• Valid driver’s license is preferred (Must have 3 years clean to operate company owned on-road vehicles.
• 1 Years’ Experience
• Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required.
• We are a non-smoking/vaping, drug-free company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generally, understands aspects of landscape construction.
• Able to operate most company equipment; skid steer, mini excavator, tracked loader, etc.
• Ability to grade sites, read landscape plans and drawings.
• Ability to use basic tools in a safe and efficient manner: shovel, rake, spade, wheel-barrow, sod roller, etc.
• Meticulous and detailed
• Excellent communicator
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic-takes pride in work
• Positive attitude and able to troubleshoot on job sites
• Team player, willingness to help other team members
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers
