Landscaping Crew Leader - Calling Snow Warriors and Green Thumb Leaders!

Are you passionate about working outdoors and leading a team to create beautiful landscapes? Do you love watching the snow fall and then moving it out of the way? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Crew Leader!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading a crew in various landscaping and snow removal tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining our customers locations in all four seasons.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in landscaping, snow removal and / or related fields
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
• Knowledge of safe snow removal practices, plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Team player with a positive attitude

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
