Enviroserve is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator who would be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of operations by managing work orders, maintaining accurate data entry, coordinating procurement processes, and optimizing financial reporting. - Manage and update work orders and tasks to ensure projects are accurately tracked and completed on time.
- Maintain detailed project documentation by organizing and attaching relevant materials, such as photos, contracts, and reports.
- Input daily operational data within established timeframes to keep records current and actionable.
- Assist Operations Manager with paperwork related to supply requests, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to one or more project teams
- Assist with maintaining project-related documentation including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
- Review incoming goods or services for proper quantities requested, correct pricing, and authorized
- approvals.
- Verify goods or services received against invoice and packing slip.
- Assists with requests for supplier corrections and to reorder routine goods or services.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and a positive partnership with suppliers.
- Promotes continuous improvement in supply chain workflow.
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
- Regularly review and adjust project revenue data to reflect ongoing progress and costs accurately.
- Monitor and manage work-in-progress (unbilled) reports to ensure timely invoicing and financial accountability.
- Emergency Response: Be available to respond to emergency incidents, including chemical releases, natural disasters, and various spills affecting soil or water.
- Cleanup and Remediation: Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, sample collection, waste removal, and other remediation services.
- Hazardous Material Handling: Safely handle and package hazardous materials/waste, ensuring all counts match associated shipping documents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, reporting defects electronically and communicating issues with Dispatch and Supervisors.
- Site Operations: Assist in the setup, teardown, and decontamination of equipment; load/unload equipment from vehicles, trailers, and watercraft.
- Tool and Equipment Operation: Use small hand tools and operate power and pneumatic tools, including air compressors, saws, drills, grinders, jackhammers, and pumps.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and wearing protective gear.
- Reporting: Complete daily timesheets, job hazard analyses, spill reports, labels, and manifests for all jobs and submit them daily to the Operations Team.
- 1 -2 years of verifiable experience in Environmental/Hazardous/Labor-related (Ex. construction, linemen, etc.) Work with EnviroServe or at another company
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass a Pre-Employment Physical, Drug Screen and Alcohol testing
- Pass a Pre-Employment Background Screening
- Pass the Company's Auto Insurance Qualifiers
- Pass the OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to read, write, and understand the English language, and able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work a rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

- Must exude strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
