Position Overview:
We are interested in bringing to our team a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or the environmental consulting industry, excelling at identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and delivering results. This role combines sales strategy, client engagement, and marketing support, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative environmental consulting firm. The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing project bids to expand our client base and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to identify and pursue leads in target industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase the client base.
- Maintain detailed records of sales strategies, leads, and outcomes using CRM platforms.
- Generate business opportunities and actively pursue and win bids for new projects.
Client Engagement and Networking:
- Attend industry networking events and conferences to establish and strengthen client relationships.
- Organize and conduct client meetings to present the firm’s capabilities and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, showcasing technical expertise and professionalism.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and social media content development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Performance Tracking:
- Prepare regular status reports on the performance of sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role or within the environmental consulting industry.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot and/or Deltek Vantagepoint.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and track effective sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of the technical services offered by the firm and a willingness to learn more.

Compensation:
- $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary
