Dispatcher Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

The ideal candidate is an experienced dispatcher, highly communicative with a positive attitude, experienced in multiline phone systems, and providing inbound and outbound customer service calls to and from technicians, customers, and vendors. This candidate will be dedicated, self-sufficient, and dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound calls to Technicians, Customers, and Vendors
• Utilize phone systems and GIS technology to facilitate effective communication with drivers
• Analyze transportation planning needs and coordinate dispatching activities
• Dispatch daily workload by sending the right technician to the right job
• Manage initial Service Titan dispatch board setup (AM and PM Processes)
• Provide quotes, receive orders for septic services
• Collaborate with Fleet Management and Transportation Management teams to optimize routes
• Type accurate dispatch instructions for drivers
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries
• Address any issues or delays in transportation promptly
• Assist in the resolution of any dispatching challenges that may arise
• Maintain Service Titan Schedule and communication for team members providing assistance
• Customer contact to provide arrival updates (etc.)
• Assist with missing OnlineRME reports - review expectation reports and create events for technicians to complete.
• Maintain non-job communication with all technicians (ex., yard events, tracking yard time, clock in/out reminders, etc.)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Dispatching
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Previous experience providing world-class customer service
• Proficient with Service Titan
• Proficiency in using phone systems and GIS technology
• Knowledge of Transportation Planning principles
• Familiarity with Fleet Management and Transportation Management systems
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and team members
• Audit As-builts Ensure ALL jobs dispatched have As-built attached in Service Titan
• Partner with the sales team on dispatching and planning specialty work
• Manage emergency scheduling and dispatching
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams
• Experienced multi-line telephone system
• Complete Job Closeout Process (i.e., Pictures, Notes, Invoice, MWTF, Payment, Etc.)
• Manage SMS process with technicians

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
