About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Team Supervisor to join our team at EnviroVac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our industrial cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
In this role, you will work closely with our team members to provide guidance, support, and training to help them develop their skills and knowledge. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting on team performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to the assigned crew.
- Perform Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace.
- Supervise the assigned personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors for the assigned work.
- Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to work plan schedule, quality, budget, and safety objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and operators to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance, report deficiencies, and ensure proper maintenance.
