What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Demolition Coordinator position at EnviroVantage?
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Demolition Coordinator to join our team at EnviroVantage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing demolition projects from start to finish.
This includes establishing project objectives, milestones, and budgets, as well as procuring necessary supplies and materials. You will oversee and provide guidance to foremen/superintendents on schedule, labor, equipment, materials, and disposal on job sites.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a project manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields. Experience managing federal government contracts is preferred.
Additional requirements include OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. You must also be able to pass a federal government background screen.
