About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new restaurant in North Tonawanda, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you'll work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by sorting and stacking clean dishes and utensils.
- Assisting with the organization and stocking of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Able to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff members.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds.
