Job Description
A Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations and answering questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, and ensuring accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
