The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will work closely with families and children to assist with the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, connecting them with essential services and community resources. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex systems and advocate for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the field of developmental disabilities is required. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience, as well as a valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record. A post-offer drug screen, criminal history check, and employment references are also necessary.
