The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will work to enhance the quality of life for children by assisting families with the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, connecting them with EI services, and generic community services.

Full-time, hybrid position - 36 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, 4-day work week. Some Friday and evening hours may be required based on School District and family schedules.

- Assist families in developing and implementing IFSPs
- Connect families with EI services and generic community services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Valid Colorado Driver's license and acceptable driving record required
