Position Overview:
As a Ground-Up Commercial Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of commercial projects from the ground up. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our vision becomes reality. We’re seeking an experienced professional with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ground-up commercial construction, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, retail, self-storage, and multifamily sectors.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of ground-up commercial projects from pre-construction planning to project completion.
Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the construction process paying meticulous attention to every detail.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to achieve project goals.
Safety: Prioritize safety on-site enforcing compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise during construction finding practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members through effectice communication.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and managing construction processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
