Role Overview:
Envision Ford & Lincoln of Duarte is seeking a dynamic Internet Sales Associate- an expert in online customer engagement and conversion. This role demands a balance of sales proficiency, digital expertise, and a customer-first approach, turning online interactions into tangible sales and lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Efficiently track and cultivate online leads and inquiries, transforming potential interest into successful sales.
- Customer Engagement: Provide prompt, professional, and personalized responses to customer queries, fostering robust client relationships.
- Product Mastery: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all Ford offerings, positioning yourself as a reliable consultant to clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver license required good driving record
- Experience in a digital sales environment, automotive preferred.
- Strong communication skills, adept in online platforms.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong character and work ethic
- Positive Mental Attitude
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
