Envision Radiology is adding a Chief Development Officer to the team!
Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Position Pay Range: $260,000 - $310,000
The ideal candidate should be able to easily commute to our Colorado Springs Corporate Office location.

Summary/Objective:
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for driving the strategic growth and expansion of the business. This role focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and expanding market presence. The CDO works closely with executive leadership, physicians, and hospital systems to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance revenue, market share, and operational efficiency. Duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals.
Essential Functions
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand radiology services, increase market share, and drive revenue.
2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including hospital partnerships, outpatient imaging center expansions, and acquisitions.
3. Lead negotiations and contract development for new business deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
4. Oversee the identification, due diligence, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations to expand radiology services.
5. Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess potential acquisition targets and growth areas.
6. Expand tele-radiology and AI-driven diagnostic capabilities to enhance service offerings and reach new markets.
7. Perform competitive analysis: provides assessment of platform/business opportunities relative to competitors, monitoring of competitor information and positioning against third party competition.
8. Develop solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintains professional image, delivers reports, and presentations.
9. Assist in building radiologist relations, both current and future.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Chief Development Officer is responsible for leadership and operations support to the Development Department. This position is responsible for assisting with performance management and hiring of employees within the department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
• 10 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably with focus on radiology, imaging centers, or hospital partnerships.
• Proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in valuation, deal structing, and contract negotiations.
• Deep understanding of the radiology market, reimbursement models, and regulatory environment.
• Experience in closing large-scale, corporate deals.
• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
• A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
• A well-organized and self-directed individual who is “politically savvy” and a team player with the ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, and ten years related experience and/or training in health care, preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
